Need v Want

Now is a good time to stand back and consider what you need and what you want.
The need for the basics of food and shelter is a given.
What else do you actually need?
Some of my needs: family, friends, community, meaningful work, exercise, space (physical & metaphorical), music.
I would be hard without one or any of these. Yet other things I can let go of for now.
What are you currently noticing you are able to forgo?
It might allow you to prioritise and simplify. It’s worthwhile remembering for when you don’t need to.
